At Jacu, we believe great style should stand the test of time — just like the pieces we choose to stock.

As a small family-run shop based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, we carefully curate clothing from designers who prioritise quality, comfort and craftsmanship. While we don’t make the garments ourselves, we proudly stand behind the people who do — which is why we offer the Jacu 10-Year Quality Guarantee.

What’s the guarantee?

If your Jacu item develops a manufacturing fault within 10 years of purchase, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Depending on the issue, we may:

• Repair it free of charge

• Replace it

• Or offer a voucher for the remaining value, based on a 10-year lifespan

What’s covered?

• The item was bought directly from our Marlow store or our website

• It originally cost over £75

• The issue is due to a manufacturing fault, not general wear, misuse or accidental damage

No receipt?

If you’re part of our loyalty programme, we can usually find your order. If not — or if it was a sale item — we’ll just need your receipt or order confirmation.

A few helpful notes:

• Sale items are included if their original price was over £75 and you can provide proof of purchase

• We don’t cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or lack of care

• If it’s not eligible, we may still be able to offer a paid repair

We're fair — and often more than fair

Our goal is always to keep you in clothes you love. We treat every request thoughtfully and with care, and we’ll stay in touch with updates throughout the process. For claims made solely under this voluntary guarantee, you cover postage to us. Where you are exercising statutory rights for faulty goods, we cover reasonable return costs as required by law.

This voluntary guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights. Its price threshold, proof-of-purchase conditions and voucher remedy do not restrict those rights.
