At Jacu we take customer interactions very seriously, whether it be for positive or negative. We are always striving to be better and we welcome any suggestions to help us be the best version of ourselves.

Our two shops allow us to be contactable 7 days a week, though please bare in mind that if the shop is very busy we may not be able to answer on your first call, however please call back. Please also know that the staff instore may not be able to solve every issue however they will be able to steer you in the right direction.

Note it is also possible to get in contact via SMS, Whats App, Email or with the "get in touch" form or through social media. We aim to answer all queries this way within 24 hours Mon-Fri, we also are able to respond on weekends and bank holidays however please note this could take up to 48 hours
