Please follow the instruction below to place your order:

1. Please choose products on the website, add them to the basket and complete your purchase at checkout.

2. We will immediately send you an automatic notification that your order has been processed.

3. If you decide you would prefer a different/upgraded shipping method after completing your purchase please make sure to call +441628482248 or +447588792259 the same day, informing us of your preferred shipping method (please see shipping info below), you will be informed then how you may complete payment for the remaining amount.

4. Products that are in stock at the moment of purchase will aim be dispatched within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. Please note that orders made after 16:00 (GMT) will be proceed the next day.

Any order received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatch same day. Please note if you are
not available to sign for your delivery a card will be left with contact details to re-arrange delivery for
another date. Royal Mail can also allow deliver personnel to sign on your behalf and leave the item
in a secure location at the address. An email with a tracking number which you can be used to track
the status of your consignment via the Royal Mail or applicable courier website will be sent for all
qualifying orders.

Jacu. does not accept any liability for subsequent delivery instructions issued to the delivery
company by the customer. If you provide instruction requesting the parcel be left at a different
location we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel. Your parcel is insured
against loss or damage whilst in transit under the care of our couriers. Once the parcel is signed for
then the responsibility of the parcel and it's contents fall to the recipient that signed. Please ensure
your contact detail are completed accurately so we can contact you if necessary.

INTERNATIONAL

For all International and European destinations, the buyer is liable for any duties and customs taxes
when applicable that arise on import of your goods. This charge is collected via the courier on behalf
of your local tax authority.

EUROPE

Shipments to Europe are sent by either RM International services airmail at an additional cost of
£26.00 (delivery 7-14 days) or by International courier at an additional cost of £35.00 2-4 business
days.

WORLDWIDE

We currently do not have any set pricing structure for outside of Europe, U.S.A or Canada

At Jacu we believe "Age isn't a question of age, size, creed or following" that "The difference is YOU!" and "Style IS Style" therefore as a rule we don't often carry more than one size or colour of most styles with anyone we buy from....unless of course its absolutely completely fabulous

We can only ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to APO/DPO/PO Boxes/military addresses

If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, contact. online customer service right away. A customer service representative will provide you with some next steps. Email support@jacu.uk

Items which are unavailable at the time of shipment will be marked “unshipped” on the receipt provided in your package. If this is not the case and an item is missing, please contact online customer service as soon as possible. Email support@jacu.uk

You have up to 15 days to return your order from the delivery date. Products must be returned new, in the original packaging with all tags attached. For sale items you have up to 7days from the delivery date of your order.

Products cannot be returned if worn, soiled or the garment and or sales tags have been removed. Any merchandise received in this way will be returned to sender. 

On the back of the receipt enclosed in your package, please detail what action you would like to take. Please print the item number, description, quantity and return reason for each product returned.

 Carefully pack your return in the original packaging with the completed return form to prevent damage during transit and ensure a quick processing.

 Send the box back to us with a carrier of your choice. We recommend sending your items with proof of postage or on a tracked post service

The return/exchange process may take 7 to 10 business days to process. This does not include processing through your bank or return shipping.  You will receive an email confirming your return or in the case of an exchange a shipping confirmation.

Once received and authorized, you will receive a notification by email.

Your return may be refused for two reasons:

It was received after the 14 day return period

The item (s) returned were deemed unacceptable and did not pass our quality inspection.

Items that are not accepted for return will be shipped complimentary back to the sender.

Our stores and our website operate independently; products must be returned to the same entity from which they were purchased.

For your safety and security all transactions are processed by WorldPay Inc using their servers and SSL encryption. None of your financial details are held or recorded by Jacu Ltd

We accept MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

Your card or PayPal account will be not be debited until we have shipped your order.

If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

If you are unable to sign in, go to “Account” and click “forgot password” then enter your email address. Once you receive the email follow the instructions provided. If you continue to experience trouble signing in, please contact online Customer Service via e-mail support@jacu.uk

The customer account that you create on the online website is also recognized in our stores. Provide the sales assistant with your first and last name or the email address associated with the account.

For your convenience, you can subscribe to our newsletter on every page of the website and/or when you create an account. Simply scroll to the bottom and click “Subscribe”. Enter your full name and email address. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive information regarding seasonal sales, collaborations and events.

Please note, with the creation of a online account you will receive a subscription to newsletters and informational emails. Should you wish to opt out, you may do so by signing into your account and editing your subscription preferences.
