Shipping policy

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We will email tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates below are in addition to dispatch time. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery options and charges for your address are confirmed at checkout.

UK delivery

  • Standard delivery: £5.99 — estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Free UK standard delivery on orders of £150 or more — estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • UK Express: £11.99 — estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery help

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

International delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for your destination. Prices below are in GBP. Delivery times are estimates in business days after dispatch; weekends, public holidays and customs clearance can affect arrival times. We will email tracking information when your order is dispatched.

European Union

  • Standard International: £26 — estimated 2–11 business days.
  • Priority International: £35 — estimated 2–7 business days.

The £350 free international delivery offer does not apply to EU destinations.

Other supported international destinations

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United States.

  • Standard International: £25.50 — estimated 3–17 business days.
  • Priority International: £29.50 — estimated 2–11 business days.
  • Orders of £350 or more qualify for free international delivery to these destinations, with an estimated delivery time of 2–11 business days.

The options available for your delivery address are confirmed at checkout. If your destination is not available, contact janice@jacu.uk before ordering.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling charges. Any charges not collected at checkout are payable by the recipient and may be requested by the carrier or local customs authority. Customs clearance can delay delivery.
