The details
The Arwen Double Layer Top by Papucei is all about texture, movement and clever layering. Designed in black with a wonderfully relaxed, asymmetric shape, it has that unmistakably individual Papucei feel.
The outer layer has a soft, tactile finish with irregular cut-out circles scattered across the fabric, allowing the black layer beneath to subtly show through. Raw, distressed edges around the cut-outs add to its deliberately deconstructed character. The generous A-line shape creates plenty of movement, falling longer and fuller through the sides with an irregular hemline.
Underneath, a smooth black long-sleeved layer gives coverage beneath the open detailing and extends below the textured outer layer in places, creating the layered silhouette that makes Arwen particularly interesting from every angle.
Easy to wear with wide trousers or a long skirt, it’s the sort of Papucei piece that does all the work for you — simply add black separates and let the texture and shape take centre stage.
