The details

Rue brings an abstract green pattern to a long black waistcoat, giving its lightly lustrous surface a lively character. The elongated outline makes a striking layer over simple separates.

Broad contrasting black lapels frame the patterned body, and extended shoulders create a sculptural upper line. An overlapping front has a fabric-covered button, while large patch pockets with angled openings add a practical detail. The lightly lustrous surface falls to around the knee on the model.

Wear Rue over simple black separates to let the green detailing stand out. Wide trousers and substantial footwear make a lovely partner for its long, directional outline.
